Lovense warrants that the products are free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use in accordance with the applicable Product User Manual, throughout the Warranty Period. Warranty claims must be supported by reasonable evidence.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?

This warranty does not cover defects and damage due to:

--The product has been used in a different way than normal and usual.

--Any disassembly, repair, alteration or modification of the product.

--Cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse,

--abuse, neglect or an accident regardless of the cause.

--Scratches or damage to plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts due to normal use.
