We offer returns on orders within COLOMBIA for items returned or exchanged due to manufacturing defects within 5 business days.

For international returns outside of Colombia, return shipping and any reverse duties are the customer's responsibility.

We accept the return of items due to factory defects of orders within 5 days of the order shipping date.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Once your return or exchange has been initiated, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email (domestic returns only) and can drop off your package at your closest carrier location.
